All rooms are shared with the exception of the King Suite & Queen Suite.

All registrations are first come first serve.

We are not responsible for canceled or delayed flights, missed flights, or transportation troubles.

A $500 deposit is required at time of registration, with the remaining balances to be split in 2 installments.

Cancel before June 1, no penalty. Cancel before July 1st get 50% refund minus deposit. Cancel before August 1st, get 25% refund minus deposit. No refunds after August 1st.

**Check-in to Gaia Villa is at 4pm on 8/15 and checkout is 10am on 8/20.
